2025 MALAYSIA TOP 5 FAVOURITE FOOD




1. NASI LEMAK

Malay cuisine that featuring rice that cook with coconut milk and pandan leaves. The food is also accompanied with spicy chili paste as its sauce, adding up with crunchy ikan bilis, roasted peanut, cucumber and hard boiled egg.



2. ROTI CANAI

Malaysian food that is influenced by the Indian dish and made by soft dough. It is often eaten with dal or fish curry. Roti means bread is easily being served at mamak and malay restaurant as one of main menu for breakfast.





3. SATAY

Food that is popular among the Malays is also served during Ramadan, Hari Raya Puasa and Hari Raya Haji. Satay comes with ketupat or compressed rice, peanut sauce, cucumber and big onion. Satay consits of small pieces of seasoned meat, chicken or lamb.


4. NASI KANDAR

The food is originated by the Indian Muslim or Mamak in Pulau Pinang. The rice featuring steam rice and is eaten with many types of spicy curry. The food also combines vegetables such as okra and green chili. Nasi Kandar means shoulder-pole rice has become popular among tourists who like to eat rice as their lunch or dinner meal.



5. CHAR KUEY TEOW 


Char Kuey Teow is a stir fried noodle dish that is brought by the Chinese. It comes with prawns, cockle, bean sprout, soy sauce and chili. The food can be more tasty if it is cooked or covered with a lot of sauce. Customers or fans will normally request for Char Kuey Teow banjir or basah or wet from the cook during making order.

7 hours and 30 minutes of journey in Air Asia X from KLIA2 to Chitose Airport, Sapporo.





Finally beautiful bird of Air Asia X landed safely on the slippery and frozen ice of Chitose Airport.





View from on the second floor of Chitose Airport, once came out from the cabin I immediately felt the cool and breeze air around.  You can't runaway, the thick snow and the frozen ice will be part of you once you are here in Sapporo during winter.

We were told that temperature has reached almost below 17 Degree.

Malaysia has 118 airports, of which 38 are paved. The national airline is Malaysia Airlines, providing international and domestic air services. Major international routes and domestic routes crossing between West Malaysia and East Malaysia are served by Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia and Malindo Air while smaller domestic routes are supplemented by smaller airlines like MASwings, Firefly and Berjaya Air. Major cargo airlines include MASkargo and Transmile Air Services. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is the main and busiest airport of Malaysia. There is currently 1,833 kilometres (1,139 mi) of railways in Malaysia, 767 km (477 mi) are double tracked and electrified. Rail transport in Malaysia comprises heavy rail (KTM), light rapid transit and monorail (Rapid Rail), and a funicular railway line (Penang Hill Railway). Heavy rail is mostly used for intercity passenger and freight transport as well as some urban public transport, while LRTs are used for intra-city urban public transport. There are two commuter rail services linking Kuala Lumpur with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The sole monorail line in the country is also used for public transport in Kuala Lumpur, while the only funicular railway line is in Penang. A rapid transit project, the KVMRT, is currently under construction to improve Kuala Lumpur's public transport system. The railway network covers most of the 11 states in Peninsular Malaysia. In East Malaysia, only the state of Sabah has railways. The network is also connected to the Thai railway 1,000 mm (3 ft 3 3⁄8 in) network in the north.
