4. NASI KANDAR
The food is originated by the Indian Muslim or Mamak in Pulau Pinang. The rice featuring steam rice and is eaten with many types of spicy curry. The food also combines vegetables such as okra and green chili. Nasi Kandar means shoulder-pole rice has become popular among tourists who like to eat rice as their lunch or dinner meal.
5. CHAR KUEY TEOW
Char Kuey Teow is a stir fried noodle dish that is brought by the Chinese. It comes with prawns, cockle, bean sprout, soy sauce and chili. The food can be more tasty if it is cooked or covered with a lot of sauce. Customers or fans will normally request for Char Kuey Teow banjir or basah or wet from the cook during making order.
